Guitars
 Our
aluminum body guitars exhibit great tone
and sustain. The tone is rich and full with
extraordinary chime and presence - this
helps our guitars to cut through the mix.
We machine our aluminum body components
out of aircraft grade aluminum.
The aluminum-to-wood neck
attachment joint is slender, allowing for
easy access to the upper register frets.
To ensure a solid connection and to maintain
sonic fidelity, we attach our necks with
six screws. We provide our guitars with
22 frets and a 25 inch scale length.
The strings-through-body design
is our standard configuration. Standard
neck woods are mahogany or maple, coupled
with a rosewood or ebony fretboard. The
double acting truss rod provides precise,
personal adjustment. The action can be set
by us to customer preference.
 The
standard neck profile is the comfy "C"
configuration. Guitars can be ordered with
body finishes of various anodized colors,
standard/custom color lacquer paints, or
numerous powder coating colors.
Our wood components are finished
with nitrocellulose lacquer and buffed to
a high gloss. The guitar is well balanced
and has a weight of 7 ½ lbs. Quality
humbuckers are standard, but single coils
are available, if desired. Locking tuners
are standard.
We use exacting manufacturing
methods and repeated quality checks during
guitar construction to ensure that every
Jorstad Guitar is a piece of art that will
perform at exhilarating sonic levels.
