Delivery

Standard models: 4 to 6 weeks.

We ship nationwide using standard shipping means, or customer preference.

Terms

1/3 down with order, and the balance before instrument ships. We accept personal checks and money orders. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. California residents must include applicable sales tax.

Warranty

5 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We will correct any  defect, parts and labor, in materials used and any defect associated with workmanship to the satisfaction of the original owner. The customer can be assured that the very best materials and craftsmanship are used in the manufacture of their guitar.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear to items such as electronic controls, tuners, finish, frets, or strings.
• If the guitar has been modified by anyone other than Jorstad Guitars.
• Problems associated extreme temperature or humidity conditions.
• Guitars that have been damaged because of an accident, neglect, or misuse.
• Freight charges to and from the customer.

Try your new guitar for 10 days, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your guitar, please ship it back for a prompt refund. The trial period begins when you receive your guitar. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
